Inducted into the Gallup Chairman’s Council 2020 for excellence in Leadership and Business Growth having excelled on business growth exceeding goals by 17% for 2019
- Management Consulting to Gallup’s Clients as Learning Business Partner, Subject Matter Expert and Workplace Consultant from 2013 until present working with CEO’s and CHRO’s advising them on People Strategy. Conducted over 300 workshops, trained over 7500 managers and over 1600 coaches, coached 500 Leaders and awarded 3 All Star Awards at Gallup for excellence. Regular speaker at Conferences.
