The four pathways

Four broad pathways that people move along as they grow: Security, Connection, Growth and Freedom.

Security is the ground we stand on. Connection is the people we stand with. Growth is who we are becoming. Freedom is the room to choose our own direction.

I use these four pathways as a simple map: to notice which need is loudest for someone right now, and which one they may be neglecting.
